What methods of payment do you accept?
If payment is by mail, I accept well-concealed cash or money orders made payable to Shivika Asthana. If payment is online, I use PayPal to accept credit card and e-check payments. You now do not have to register with PayPal in order to send payment. I'll be equipping the site to accept secure credit card payments very soon.
 
What are shipping costs?
Shipping is a flat fee of $4.50 within the United States. I ship all orders USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. You will receive an email from me once your order has been shipped. I can't be responsible for packages once they have been sent. Please contact me if you require international shipping.
 
How long does it take to ship?
I ship via USPS Priority Mail, which takes about 2-3 days. Orders are typically shipped within a week of receipt. I can't guarantee immediate shipping, but I will try to ship as soon as I can and will try to accomodate special requests (e-mail me prior to ordering if you have a particular time requirement). Custom orders may take longer to deliver (3-4 weeks) depending on the item.
 
What is your return policy?
Returns are handled on an individual basis. I try to provide quality items that are well-assembled and durable. If you feel your item was not accurately depicted or that the merchandise is faulty, please e-mail me.
